Nature Packs are available to rent out for a week at a time.  Each themed pack is filled with activities, resources, books and equipment that will help you explore the environment. To check pack availability, please call 507-662--5064.

Birding Backpack - Birds are amazing creatures, but learning to identify them can be tricky! This backpack provides you with all the tools you will need to observe and identify our feathered neighbors.

Geology Backpack - In this backpack, you will learn about: rocks and minerals, fossils, soil, growing crystals, testing and identifying minerals, the rock cycle, plate tectonics, and how to make your own volcano!

Nocturnal Backpack - Why be nocturnal? In this backpack, you will learn about night animals, such as moths, bats, owls, crickets, frogs and toads. Take a night hike to test your senses, enjoy the stars by spotting constellations, and see what the area looks like in the dark.
