Heron Lake Watershed Tour Photos
	Watershed Tour 2007 Our annual watershed tour in cooperation with the Heron Lake Watershed District office brought us to a number of wetlands throughout the area. The group began with a stop to examine a private wetland restoration project. Next we had a chance to find our own wetland critters with the group scooping for macroinvertebrates. A gosling in a badger hole also provided an up-close look at wetland wildlife. The tour ended at the US Fish & Wildlife office in Windom, with a lunch and a presentation.
