Women's Conservation Day 2011 Photos
	Women's Conservation Day 2011 The Prairie Ecology Bus participated in the 10th Annual Women's Conservation Day in Marshall, MN on June 22. The Women's Day event is a collaborative effort of SWCDs in Cottonwood, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Pipestone, Redwood and Yellow Medicine counties and the Board of Water and Soil Resources, who plan and host this conservation day for women landowners and operators. The day provides the women an opportunity to further their knowledge of conservation programs in a safe, non-threatening environment, while providing fun and fellowship with other women landowners to share ideas and concerns.  Different topics are addressed each year.  The location moves around within the participating counties.
