Snowshoeing At Sparks Park Photos
	Snowshoes and Jack Wax at Sparks Park Our Annual Snowshoe Hike was held at Sparks Park on January 24th with a new twist!  A group of 20 enjoyed wildlife tracking and winter scenery while walking the trails on snowshoes!  We explored the sights, sounds and fresh air of winter!  The afternoon was topped off with a marshmallow roast and making an old-fashioned sweet treat made with snow and another of Mother Nature’s fabulous gifts!   “Jack Wax” goes by several names including “Snow Taffy”. This winter candy was enjoyed just as the early Native Americans and Pioneers did!
