Turkey Time! Photos
	Turkey Time! Did you know Ben Franklin wanted the turkey to be our national symbol? Most people just think of Thanksgiving when they think turkeys. The wild turkey, once gone from Minnesota, has returned and is thriving! PEBC Naturalist Clay Steele presented a program complete with turkey artifacts, the history of this regal bird from American Indians to the present day, and then everyone created two fun crafts to take home.
