wonders in our own backyards.

Mountain Lake Elementary Photos
	Birds, Insects and Forests and Critters in the Lake! Mountain Lake Elementary students were treated to a host of programs ranging from cool creepy crawlies (insects and other mini-beasts) to local feathered friends to exploring a lake for the life that lives within! Life abounds in our natural areas and ranges from the bizarre such as water scorpions to the beautiful like our white-breasted nuthatches. Exploring trees, how they grow and what types inhabit a local park added to the excitement as students explored a nearby "mountain."
