	Leapin’ Lizards, Jumpin’ Frogs, Slithering Snakes – It’s the Herps Walking through the tall grasses, a slithering body catches your eye and you jump back!  The herp family has interesting members – some of which can be quite startling if you’re not expecting them!  Prairie Ecology Bus Center naturalists joined with Adrian ECFE to teach about our common and lesser known amphibians and reptiles in Minnesota.  They even had a chance to explore a few of these leaping, jumping, slithering herp members up close and personal!
